HOW TO CHOOSE FREESTYLE BMX HANDLEBARS

Freestyle BMX handlebars are a key component for comfortable BMX bicycle control. Manufacturers offer a wide range of options, but the most common design is two-piece or four-piece. The highest quality material is 4130 CrMo steel with heat treatment and "butted" technology.

Freestyle BMX handlebars should be comfortable to ride and should have adequate height and width in relation to the heigh of the rider.

8.25 "= up to 165cm

8.5 "= from 165cm to 180cm

8.75 "and higher = 180cm +

UPSWEEP and BACKSWEEP

Mostly, the bending angles are referred to as "upsweep" - bending up, "backsweep" - bending backward.

Upsweep up manufactured from 1° to 4°.

Backsweep is manufactured from 10° to 13°
