A nice number of street riders gathered together on the 12th of august 2017 at the first stop of OMG street jam - the Fővám square in Budapest - which was held by the ISM crew and the THOSE crew. A few riders already started with some stylish tricks here, but the first real bangers were at our next stop, the Tüske hall.

Arnold Nékám opened the line with a 360 off the roof, then Erik Márton showed that he can do a barspin off the same thing. Other riders were grinding on the ledges at the same time. Our next stop was in front of the Mensa building, where the huge lefty ledge bit a couple of our riders, but we did not suffer from the lack of banger tricks here either, for example Ádám Becseis' 180 barspin, and Tibor Molnárs' switch feeble easy 360. After this we climbed up on top of the Buda Castle tunnel to chill a bit and take a group picture, but Máté Selmeczi, and Erik Márton shoved a few intense tricks here too.

Then we headed to a rail which was near. Among others Kornél Ficsór nailed a 50-50, while Máté Selmeczi did an icepick grind on it. But the biggest happening here, thanks to Arnold Nékám, was two over toothpick tries which ended with Chicago-style bars and a hurt rider who wanted to try it again. We skipped our planned next stop - Jászai Mari square - due to the lack of time and interest.

And we went to our last spot, the new ISM street plaza.

The guys were great here too, who deserve an applaud for their thoughness throughout the whole day. At the end of the event the name of two riders bumped up to win the OMG street jam 2017, and be the best hungarian street rider of the year. These two riders were Arnold Nékám, and Tibor Molnár.

While Arnold went big everywhere, Tibor rode cleaner so the riders voted for him to be the best. Congratulations to him, and a big thanks to every rider, the sponsors, Monster, Junkride, ISM crew, Those crew, AWA ride, the Lab skateshop, Stance, Viktor Bakó, Livetoride.hu, Ride.hu, and everyone else who helped. Everyone was awesome and I hope you had a great time too. See you next year!
