MERRITT BATTLE CRANKS

The Merritt Battle cranks are made from 4130 heat-treated chromoly with wrap welded spindle and pedal bosses on each arm, combined with a 22 mm hollow chromoly spindle for maximum strength. The rectangular shaped arms increase rigidity and include laser-etched Merritt logos on the back for a clean look. To prevent ankle bite, the Battle cranks feature angle cut spindle bosses with hard rubber plugs that provides a smooth, ankle friendly design. Instalation/removal tool included.

MERRITT BATTLE RIM

The Battle rim is created for ultimate strength and durability, it has a unique and optimized profile that goes against the trend of low-profile rims and is instead designed to handle whatever abuse that is thrown at it. The battle rim is extruded from 6066 aluminum and uses taller sidewalls, a 39mm width, extra thick center rib to prevent spoke pull through and a welded seam.

MERRITT PENTAGUARD SPROCKET

Brandon Begin signature sprocket, the Pentaguard, is a super strong five spoke design that is CNC’d 7075 aluminum with a full guard. The strength combined with five rotatable positions means the sprocket will keeping taking abuse for a long time. Available in 25T

MERRITT BRIAN FOSTER FT1 TIRE

Brian Foster's signature model designed for all-around use on the trails, street and park. Features a micro-knurled tread pattern that's smooth and fast in a straight line, yet gets considerably more aggressive on the sides to increase corner traction. Micro-knobs on the side are raised just slightly to really bite into any soft surfaces, further increasing grip without affecting stability on hard surfaces.

MERRITT OPTION TIRE

Featuring Merritt's own slidewall Technology which is ultra-hard low friction compound that helps reduce drag on grinds and increase the life of the tire sidewalls. The center section of the tire is smooth, so it is nice and fast, but the tread is actually thick for this section. The thicker tread has the benefit of increased shock absorption during heavy drops. This tread tapers down near the sides to prevent tire squirm.

MERRITT P1 PEDALS

The P1 Pedals have a low profile design that uses a lightweight nylon/fiberglass blend that increases strength and extends pedal life.The P1 pedals feature a micro-knurled base with embossed Merritt logo in the center, 12 molded pin per side for maximum traction and control, chromoly spindles and unsealed bearings with square end caps for a unique look.

Note: 1/2" fits 1-pc cranks. 9/16" fits 3-pc cranks.

MERRITT NON STOP FRONT HUB

Simple, strong and fast front hub with low flanges and optimal spacing.  CNC’d from 6061 aluminum with a chromoly female axle. With two high quality Japanese bearings these hubs roll forever.

MERRITT FINAL DRIVE FREECOASTER

Merritt FINAL DRIVER freecoaster has a traditional clutch style system paired with their 9T Diamond Driver (the driver comes with a lifetime guarantee).  There driver replaces the small bearings, the most common source of failure in freecoasters, with polymer bushings along its entire length. The hub shell is super slim and CNC’d 6061 aluminum with a hollow chromoly axle. The hub comes set with maximum slack but adjustment washers are included to reduce slack if desired.
